ph747 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is suspended due to a breach by the player, ph747 may forfeit any remaining balance.
You may request the closure of your ph747 account at any time by contacting ph747 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ph747 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the cashier section. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied. Dormant account balances will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
